We brought our first baby to this pediatric clinic when Dr. Sreemdevi was consistently available, and the experience was excellent. She personally checked on our baby during visits, was attentive, and made us feel confident as new parents.
After recently having our second baby, we expected the same level of care based on our previous experience. Unfortunately, the clinic now feels much more commercial. We have not been able to get an appointment with Dr. Sreemdevi and have only been seen by nurse practitioners. Given this ongoing difficulty in accessing the pediatrician we initially chose and trusted, we do not see a reason to continue with this clinic.
In the past, I referred this pediatrician to more than 10–15 families based on our positive experience. Sadly, given the current situation, I no longer feel this practice deserves those recommendations. This change has been very disappointing compared to the quality of care we received earlier.

The service provided was excellent, and the waiting area was well-appointed. We observed three staff members at the front desk, all contributing to the exceptional service. The large television offered entertainment for children, complemented by a selection of books for their engagement.

I love this clinic. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Never a wait. I literally travel a hour just for my daughter to be seen by Dr. Jamal. She’s very attentive and knowledgeable. Any concerns I have via portal message or at visits she addresses. I’m also a new mom who baby was a NICU baby so it makes my anxiety so much less knowing my daughter has an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. Not sure where the negative reviews are about, but I always have a great experience.
The doctors here are very thorough and spent a lot of time focusing on every symptom and cause of illness. The staff at the front desk and the nurses are very friendly and welcoming.
I am very pleased with the service offered at this facility. Very friendly and approachable staff , including the front desk staff. I had a concern for my son and without hesitation , I got an appointment time the same day. Highly recommend this great team for your kiddos.
We recently moved from California and were in search to establish care for my 2 kids. From getting appointment to actual appointment, everything went super smooth. Dr. Khambaty is super nice, well mannered and experienced physician. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and spent good amount of time asking/examining and sharing information and resources.
I was overall impressed with the whole organization as everyone at this facility was extremely nice and respectful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called during the weekdays, they said they can’t book an appointment for Saturday that it’s first come first serve. They open at 9am on Saturday, I called non stop, no one received the call. I got there at 9:08am, the girl (who by the way seems very confused) said there was no appointment available until around 10am. And said they only have one Dr on the weekend. This is not the first or the second time I’ll be able encountering this issue. There was a situation where one of the physicians was talking to me like I could not comprehend English, which eventually lead to me talking to the office manager. Dr. Sree is great but it’s pointless when you can’t even see her. The rest of the folks are trash. And they show preference to “Indians”. Which is ridiculous, but ok
Be aware!!!! I went to Vibrant Mind Body (Pediatric Associates of Frisco) after they recommended Neurofeedback therapy for stress and anxiety relief. They made it sound like it would actually help so I trusted them and paid $500 in cash, no insurance accepted which should have been my first red flag. Nothing changed. No improvement, no relief, just money gone. On top of that, the treatment was not even done by a doctor but by a medical assistant, something they never mentioned beforehand. They hype it up like it is a legit medical treatment but it’s not. Once they take your money that’s it, no refund, no accountability. If you are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, or stress don’t waste your money here. Go to a real doctor or therapist who actually knows what they are doing. I wish I had known before paying. Hope this helps someone else avoid the same mistake! Don’t fall for it!
They just advertise in their website that they have same day sick appointment; but when your kid is sick and you need a same day appointment, they say no we just have one doctor today in our office and we cann’t schedule appointment for today !
I felt very comfortable in this establishment. The front desk was extremely helpful and Dr. Khambaty was extremely helpful with treatment and also natural treatments. Definitely will be back!
