We are new to US , we found this place for my children’s vaccinations. Amazing place. Very quick response and the staffs were very polite. Dr. Jamal was awesome. I would recommend this place to my friends.
We have been coming to pediatric associates of Frisco for both of my kids. We see Dr.Shree for our routine visits. All doctors at this practice are very kind and amazing. We have got same day sick appointments with almost no wait time. The doctors and people at the front desk are always diligent to follow up after our visit as well. Overall we have experience and I recommend their practice highly.
Dr. Sree is by far the the best pediatric doctor we have been seeing her since our daughter's birth and love it she takes such good care of her patients. You can't go wrong here with Dr. Sree and team!
Dr. Khambaty is wonderful! She treated my kids so well and is so sweet! My kids loved her! She completely changed their perspective about Dr.’s. The front office staff is also very nice and helpful. I brought my son in as a new patient when he was sick and they immediately helped me get him on the schedule. From the front office staff, to the nurses, to the Dr., I am very pleased at how well we are treated when we come here. I am very glad we found this Pediatrics office, we will definitely continue to come here for all my kids needs.
I have been with this facility since my girl was 1 year old. Very pleasing experience as always. Front desk person is too good to approach. Doctor Sreem is so friendly. She will always explain everything clearly and answer all my queries so patiently. Highly recommend this place to others
It’s been five years now that I am using the service of Pediatric associates of Frisco. Dr. Sree and each and everyone in the doctors office has very good knowledge and care about their patients. I truly appreciate their support. Highly recommended!!!
The front office staff is extremely helpful in quickly registering new patient and assisting with same-day sick appointments. Additionally, Dr. Ruksana Khambaty is very patient and thorough in diagnosing the problem.
I love this clinic. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Never a wait. I literally travel a hour just for my daughter to be seen by Dr. Jamal. She’s very attentive and knowledgeable. Any concerns I have via portal message or at visits she addresses. I’m also a new mom who baby was a NICU baby so it makes my anxiety so much less knowing my daughter has an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. Not sure where the negative reviews are about, but I always have a great experience.
The doctors here are very thorough and spent a lot of time focusing on every symptom and cause of illness. The staff at the front desk and the nurses are very friendly and welcoming.
I've been taking my son to this facility since he was born, and now at 18 months old, I'm still blown away by the exceptional care and treatment we receive. We recently moved from California and were in search to establish care for my 2 kids. From getting appointment to actual appointment, everything went super smooth. Dr. Khambaty is super nice, well mannered and experienced physician. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and spent good amount of time asking/examining and sharing information and resources.I was overall impressed with the whole organization as everyone at this facility was extremely nice and respectful.Highly recommended!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I called during the weekdays, they said they can’t book an appointment for Saturday that it’s first come first serve. They open at 9am on Saturday, I called non stop, no one received the call. I got there at 9:08am, the girl (who by the way seems very confused) said there was no appointment available until around 10am. And said they only have one Dr on the weekend. This is not the first or the second time I’ll be able encountering this issue. There was a situation where one of the physicians was talking to me like I could not comprehend English, which eventually lead to me talking to the office manager. Dr. Sree is great but it’s pointless when you can’t even see her. The rest of the folks are trash. And they show preference to “Indians”. Which is ridiculous, but ok
Be aware!!!! I went to Vibrant Mind Body (Pediatric Associates of Frisco) after they recommended Neurofeedback therapy for stress and anxiety relief. They made it sound like it would actually help so I trusted them and paid $500 in cash, no insurance accepted which should have been my first red flag. Nothing changed. No improvement, no relief, just money gone. On top of that, the treatment was not even done by a doctor but by a medical assistant, something they never mentioned beforehand. They hype it up like it is a legit medical treatment but it’s not. Once they take your money that’s it, no refund, no accountability. If you are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, or stress don’t waste your money here. Go to a real doctor or therapist who actually knows what they are doing. I wish I had known before paying. Hope this helps someone else avoid the same mistake! Don’t fall for it!
They just advertise in their website that they have same day sick appointment; but when your kid is sick and you need a same day appointment, they say no we just have one doctor today in our office and we cann’t schedule appointment for today !
I felt very comfortable in this establishment. The front desk was extremely helpful and Dr. Khambaty was extremely helpful with treatment and also natural treatments. Definitely will be back!

Our experience with Dr Sreemdevi was amazing as she was quite caring and knowledgeable. Dr is compassionate and friendly as well. Our kids never felt this comfortable in a Dr office. Front office staff were supportive and helpful. Definitely Recommend !!

We move from india to usa. Since we moved hear our first associate with pediatric associates of frisco...we never had a thought to change our pediatrician...because of good and well behaved staff and physicians..the way they take care of our kid health and explaining our minor and major doubts clearly with patience...and we suggested many of friends to pediatric associations of frisco...u visit once u will never go another associations...

We have been coming to Pediatrics associates of Frisco since 2021. Both of my kids are seen by Dr Sree . She is an amazing doctor. She understands our concerns and answers any questions we have regarding our children’s health. We are very satisfied with the care our children get here. The front Office staff are very polite and helpful.
Front office staff is so amazing and helped me to complete my son’s sports physical appointment. I have been since 4yrs visiting Dr.Sree. Even Dr .Jamal is so gentle with our child. She is a good listener and answered all our questions patiently. Even the Nurses are so kind and listens to the patients patiently and answers all the questions.

We have been coming to Pediatrics associates of Frisco since 2019. My daughter was born in 2019 and my son in 2021. Both of my kids are seen by Dr Shrimdevi from the day they were born. She is an amazing doctor/pediatrician. Always very soft spoken and understands parents concerns or any questions we have regarding our children’s health. We are very happy and satisfied @ pediatric associates of Frisco.
This place has been a blessing to our family ever since our daughter were born. 3 years of great service. Dr. Sree is great and has always been patient, kind and so knowledgeable with my kid.
