I came in today for a sick visit with my two sick kids. They text a link for a check in and I made my payment two separate times in the car. So when I went inside to check in they told me I have a co pay and I said I already paid that when I did my check in. They said this is from a previous balance. I told them I left my wallet in my car and they told me I needed to pay in cash. I said I didn’t have cash on me because again I left my wallet in my car. They then told me well you have your phone so you can pay with Apple Pay. I asked why can’t I pay when I leave since they was calling me into the back. They said no you can’t go back until you pay. The ladies in the front are so rude. I’m giving a two star because the doctors and nurses are amazing but the front staff are rude. All they do is sit on their ass. They can’t even hold the door as I’m struggling to get out of there.
Doctor Shree is amazing Doctor. We absolutely love her. Both my kids have been her patient for a while now and she is so patient with them. The staf is also very helpful.
Front office staff is so amazing and helped me to complete my son’s Flu shots which we missed and Doctors are friendly. I recommend to visit.
We move from india to usa. Since we moved hear our first associate with pediatric associates of frisco...we never had a thought to change our pediatrician...because of good and well behaved staff and physicians..the way they take care of our kid health and explaining our minor and major doubts clearly with patience...and we suggested many of friends to pediatric associations of frisco...u visit once u will never go another associations...
It was an amazing experience visiting this place. Front desk, doctor and entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We have been coming to Pediatrics associates of Frisco since 2021. Both of my kids are seen by Dr Sree . She is an amazing doctor. She understands our concerns and answers any questions we have regarding our children’s health. We are very satisfied with the care our children get here. The front Office staff are very polite and helpful.
Front office staff is so amazing and helped me to complete my son’s sports physical appointment. I have been since 4yrs visiting Dr.Sree. Even Dr .Jamal is so gentle with our child. She is a good listener and answered all our questions patiently. Even the Nurses are so kind and listens to the patients patiently and answers all the questions.
I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. and the entire staff at the pediatric associate department. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the friendly atmosphere instantly put my kids at ease. Dr. Jamal's expertise and compassionate approach reassured us throughout our visit. This was our first visit to the clinic and had a good experience meeting Dr.Sree, she was very patient and kind with the baby. She took time to explain all of mine questions. Great service.

We have been coming to Pediatrics associates of Frisco since 2019. My daughter was born in 2019 and my son in 2021. Both of my kids are seen by Dr Shrimdevi from the day they were born. She is an amazing doctor/pediatrician. Always very soft spoken and understands parents concerns or any questions we have regarding our children’s health. We are very happy and satisfied @ pediatric associates of Frisco.
This place has been a blessing to our family ever since our daughter were born. 3 years of great service. Dr. Sree is great and has always been patient, kind and so knowledgeable with my kid. They actually care.Front desk and Nurse staff are friendly and very helpful. Appointments are easy to get on short turnaround times. 10/10.

We love going here because Dr Sree, Dr. Jamal and all other staffs are very accomodating. All the questions we asked are being answered. Doctors are very knowledgeable. Office is very clean. Highly reccomended!!!
