Group Classes – Sweet Beginnings: A Gestational Diabetes Nutrition Workshop

This is an hour-long class on the third Saturday of every month. We will cover carb counting, menu planning ideas, and stress management techniques.

Detailed and individualized menu planning is not provided during group sessions, if you would like a personalized menu plan, please see our section below on private consultation!

Individual consultation

A private consultation will allow you to book an appointment time that works for you, as well as a detailed and individualized menu plan that works perfectly just for you.

This one-on-one dietary counseling service will also include carb counting and stress management techniques.

To book a private consultation, you can reach out to us and mention that you would like a nutritional consultation for gestational diabetes.

Insurance coverage will depend on your insurance carrier. If your insurance does not cover dietary counseling services, the price will be as follows;

Initial Consultation: $150 for the hour
Follow Up Consultation: $100 for a 45-minute session
